1. No dead buyers or will result in blacklisting.

2. No back out/changes after confirmation.

3. No trading of good(s), sorry.

4. Good(s) sold are non-exchangeable/refundable.

5. We do not blacklist people without valid reason. However, failure to comply with our Terms & Conditions would result in blacklisting, and we would not entertain such customers in the future.

6. We will not be responsible for any lost mail, any defects in the good(s), or if the supplier made a mistake.

7. Payment must be made within 48 hours upon confirmation, or items will be open for sale again.

8. If buyers do not collect good(s) within 1 week after payment, good(s) will be forfeited by WinterHeat-shop and neither any party shall have any claims against each other. WinterHeat-shop is then able to sell the good(s) to another buyer/offer.

9. During the collection date, if the buyer does not turn up, we would take it that the buyer had changed his decision and the good(s) would be open for sale again.

10. Colours may vary due to different lightings and monitors.

11. Good(s) are on first PAID first serve basis. Bidding is not allowed.

12. Progress updates will be posted under the 'Updates' section. Please do not flood our email to ask for progress.
